How to dose Neurovit for sacroiliacitis?

Hi I have inflammation of the left cross-hip joint. The doctor recommended me to take neurovit at a dose of 3 x2 tab dzennie. I take the drug already the second week and I do not know how long to take and is it not too large dose? I also take gabapentin now 3x300 (900mg) Dzennie Mualem visit and niestetety I did not ask: (

Neurovit powinno się stosować nie dłużej niż 4 tygodnie. Dawkując 3x 1tab.
Pytanie czy zdiagnozowano u Pana także niedobry witamin z grupy B?

Warto byłoby dopytać lekarza prowadzącego dlaczego zalecił podwójne dawkowanie. Poniżej załączam informacje dotyczące preparatu.
