Can Bibloc and Propranolol be used simultaneously?
Hello I have been taking Biblock 2.5 mg for years. Recently, however, due to a lot of stress, my heart rate plus sleep problems has increased. The internist prescribed me Propanolol 3x1. Should I take it together with a biblock or instead of a biblock? The doctor did not mention.

Czy podczas wizyty lekarz zebrał dokładny wywiad, dopytał o stosowane leki?
Generalnie nie stosujemy Biblocu razem z Propranololem, ponieważ są to leki z tej samej grupy, działające na te same receptory w podobnym mechanizmie.
Bibloc stosujemy 1 x dz, a propranolol 3 x dz.
Co do zasady- Bibloc ma też mniej działań niepożądanych, jest to nowszy lek.
Proszę kontrolować 2xdzienie wartości ciśnienia tętniczego. Jeśli wartości będą wysokie oraz tętno, a problemy ze snem nie ustąpią, należy zgłosić się pilnie do lekarza, aby dołączyć drugi lek, ale z innej grupy np. ACE inhibitor lub sartan.
