Nie badano wydzielania bilastyny - substancji czynnej leku Clatra - do mleka w badaniach u ludzi. Dostępne dane farmakokinetyczne u zwierząt wykazały wydzielanie bilastyny w mleku.
Należy w porozumieniu z lekarzem podjąć decyzję, czy kontynuować/przerwać karmienie piersią podczas leczenia produktem leczniczym Clatra biorąc pod uwagę korzyści z karmienia piersią dla dziecka i korzyści dla matki wynikające z leczenia bilastyną.
