Nie ma przeciwwskazań co do jednoczesnego przyjmowania Imovane i Pramolanu, chociaż może dojść do nasilenia niektórych działań niepożądane np. nadmiernego uspokojenia czy senności. Leki te należy przyjmować ściśle według zaleceń lekarza.
