Wszystko zależy od schorzenia na jakie lek ten jest stosowany, np. w przypadku leczenia grzybicy paznokci, grzybicy stóp czy skóry należy stosować jedną tabletkę 150 mg raz na tydzień przez 3 kolejne tygodnie.
