The doctor prescribed monural to my mother (85 years old). On the leaflet there is information that it can be given to patients up to 75 years. Can mom take it safely?

Ani w ulotce ani w Charakterystyce Produktu Leczniczego Monural nie znalazłam informacji o tym, aby lek był przeciwwskazany u osób powyżej 75 roku życia:
