Z reguły w leczeniu łuszczycy krostkowej stosuje się miejscowe leki sterydowe, jednak jeśli zmiany są rozległe i doszło do wystąpienia nadkażeń bakteryjnych, wówczas konieczny może być również antybiotyk, np. metronidazol.
Wśród wskazań do stosowania leku Biseptol rzeczywiście nie widnieją zakażenia bakteryjne skóry - dlatego, jeśli uważa Pan, iż lek nie został dobrany prawidłowo, proszę jeszcze raz skonsultować się z lekarzem. Farmaceuta nie ma uprawnień do ordynowania terapii z wykorzystaniem leków dostępnych na receptę.
