Heparegen jest lekiem, który poprawia wydolność wątroby i przyspiesza jej regenerację. Wskazany jest do leczenia wspomagającego we wszystkich stadiach uszkodzenia wątroby o różnej etiologii (różnej przyczynie).
Jak najbardziej można go więc stosować w przypadku marskości wątroby.
Jest to jednak lek wydawany na receptę, więc o jego zastosowaniu zawsze powinien decydować lekarz.
