Can I use Melodyn 35 with Ketanol, Tramal or Doreta?

Hi, is it possible to use melodyn 35 patch to support ketanol tramalem or doret. Little effective patch itself

W przypadku, kiedy pacjent stosuje leki zawierające buprenorfinę (np. Melodyn), należy powiedzieć o tym lekarzowi przed zastosowaniem leku Tramal lub Doreta, gdyż nie zaleca się stosowania jednocześnie leków z tramadolem z buprenorfiną, ponieważ może to obniżyć działanie przeciwbólowe oraz nasilić objawy ze strony OUN, takie jak: senność, nadmierne uspokojenie czy zawroty głowy.

Takie informacje mogę przekazać z farmaceutycznego punktu widzenia, natomiast z uwagi na fakt, że oba leki: Melodyn, Tramal i Doreta są wydawane z przepisu lekarza, o możliwości ich jednoczesnego stosowania decyduje lekarz.

Nie istnieje lek o nazwie "ketanol".
