Samo nadciśnienie nie jest bezwzględnym przeciwwskazaniem do stosowania tego leku, jednak jak podaje producent, u pacjentów stosujących leki przeciwnadciśnieniowe może dojść do zbytniego jego obniżenia, co może się wiązać z zawrotami głowy, upadkami itp.
