Can Triderm be used on the skin near the nail during pregnancy?
I'm 21 weeks pregnant, the dermatologist prescribed Triderm cream for a skin lesion next to the nail. And I have concerns about the use.

The medicinal product should only be used during pregnancy if the potential benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the mother, foetus or newborn. As strong corticosteroids have been shown to be teratogenic in animal studies, use during pregnancy should be short-term and limited to a small area of skin.
