Baclofen is a prescription drug and should be used as directed by the doctor who prescribed it.
According to the leaflet, this medication should be taken with meals. For the first 3 days, 5 mg (1/2 tablets of 10 mg) 3 times a day, for the next 3 days 10 mg (1 tablet of 10 mg) 3 times a day, for the next 3 days 15 mg (11/2 tablets of 10 mg) 3 times a day, for the next 3 days 20 mg (2 tablets of 10 mg) 3 times a day.
