I've just started taking Endovelle and I'm very afraid of the side effects. I was diagnosed with endometriosis when a cyst was removed from my ovary. I have not felt and do not feel pain caused by endometeiosis. Do these pills prevent the spread of the disease? Because if I don't have pains and the side effects are bothersome, is it worth taking?

Endovelle, like any other medicine, may or may not cause side effects. I encourage you to read the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow
This drug works on endometriosis by reducing the production of estradiol, which leads to the decidualization of the endometrium and ultimately to the disappearance of endometriosis foci. This means that it inhibits the development of the disease. I'm attaching a leaflet:

If your doctor has decided that you need to use the drug, it is worth listening to the recommendations and starting the therapy.
