For 3 days I have been positive for pregnancy tests from different companies.. up to a period of 1 day. Beta negative today.... I don't know what to do today, I did two tests and they are positive

The lines on the attached tests are very poorly visible - it is worth repeating the beta-hCG test in 2-3 days.
