Is it normal to have bleeding after 4 days of using Cyclo-Progynova?

Hello, I have been prescribed Cyclo-Progynova because of my amenorrhea. I'm taking this for 4 days now, I've changed a lot in my everyday life in advance. There was some blood today. Can this be a normal cycle or from the drug.

In the first 2-3 months of using Cyclo-Progynova, unexpected spotting and bleeding may occur. The situation should stabilize in the following cycles.
Continue to use this medicine as directed by your doctor.
