Good morning I got from a doctor friend treatments for lingual nerve palsy after surgery of eights including nivalin, is nivalin to be administered in this case intramuscularly in the buttock or subcutaneously in the abdomen?

Most likely, it will be an intramuscular administration. However, you should consult the doctor who recommended this type of therapy.
