I do not find a drug called Sezolok in the Registry of Medicinal Products. Please provide a valid name so that we can respond. Alternatives for Betaloc ZOK can be checked here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/10478/betaloc-zok-50-tabletki-o-przedluzonym-uwalnianiu/zamienniki
