It is now available under the name Avene Tolerance Extreme cream. Current availability in pharmacies in Poland can be checked here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/100760/avene-tolerance-extreme-krem-krem/apteki/w-polsce The preparation is currently unavailable in online pharmacies connected to our portal.
