The drug Cyclo-Progynova does not affect the occurrence of ovulation. Ovulation usually takes place 12 to 16 days before the start of the next menstruation (usually about 14 days before) - that is, in the case of 28-day cycles, ovulation occurs around the 14th day of the cycle. The first day of the cycle is considered to be the first day of menstrual bleeding.
