Can Euthyrox cause feelings of heat and stress at the beginning of treatment?

Hello, I have been using Euthyrox N 50 for 5 days in connection with diagnosed hypothyroidism. On the first day in the evening I felt terrible, the next day it was better. Nevertheless, I currently feel a sense of stress and a kind of heat on my face. When, for example, I go to the store, I feel weak (probably stress). And hence my 2 questions: 1) Is it normal at the beginning of therapy and will it pass? Is it possible to change the drug to Letrox or does it not make sense? 2) Can I take Valerin Max? Thank you in advance for your reply.

The onset of treatment with Euthyrox is sometimes associated with transient side effects resulting from a change in hormone levels in the body. In the first days of treatment, the following may appear: arrhythmias (palpitations, additional serfoot contractions, accelerated heartbeat), hot flashes, excessive sweating, trembling hands, restlessness, insomnia, diarrhea, vomiting, menstrual disorders. However, they disappear in the first days of treatment, after normalizing the level of hormones. You can use Valerix Max if it gives you relief from your symptoms. If the symptoms do not disappear after a few days, you should consult a doctor to determine whether the dose has been selected correctly.
