What medicine can I use to replace Climara 50 patches?

Hi What can we replace climara50? I am 27 years old and have not had a uterus and ovaries for 4 years due to cancer.

There are several preparations containing estrogen on the market. In the same form as Climara 50 (i.e. patches), Systen 50 is present. Unfortunately, it has had limited availability for several months.
