Good morning, the lacquer prescribed me the antibiotic Amoksiklav ( 875mg + 125mg ). I have a problem with swallowing such a large tablet for me. I have at home the antibiotic Amoksiklav Quicktab 1000mg ( 875mg + 125mg) , it is the same composition . Can I therefore replace these antibiotics and use the latter as a suspension?

Yes, you are right, both drugs - Amoksiklav and Amoksiklav Quicktab have the same qualitative and quantitative composition. However, such a change can only be made by a doctor. The pharmacist is not entitled to make such a substitution, as these are not bioequivalent forms. I also encourage you to read the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czym-sa-zamienniki-lekow
