If I postpone my period with Provera by two weeks so that it occurs on May 1, what about the next menstruation?
Hello. Currently, my menstruation begins regularly in the middle of the month, that is, I will get the next one on April 15. If I move it with Provera by two weeks so that it occurs on May 1, what about the next menstruation? Will I get it on May 15 or after a month, i.e. June 1? Will I change the date of menstruation for me for a long time from the middle of the month to the beginning of the month?

When using Provera, bleeding should occur within 3 to 7 days of discontinuation. It is difficult to assess whether further bleeding will appear at regular intervals, because for some time the body may return to its own balance. Irregular bleeding or spotting may occur. If bleeding occurs on May 1, it will no longer appear on May 15, but around the next beginning of the cycle. However, spotting or irregular bleeding with subsequent cycles cannot be excluded.
