Is anything known about problems with the availability of Effox 20?

Hello, is anything known about the problems with the availability of the drug Effox 20 mg in pharmacies? In none of the pharmacies I visited, there is no medicine.

According to the information provided on the website of the Register of Medicinal Products, the marketing authorization for Effox 20 expired on 30.09.2020. This means that there will be no new deliveries and new batches of the product, but what is available can still be purchased at the pharmacy.
