How to calculate it if I have to first take lutein for 5 days, and then from the 16th day of the cycle for 10 days?
From tomorrow I take lutein 50 for 5 days for 3 tablets and after these 5 days I have to wait until the period comes. But from the 1st day count 15 days and on the 16-25th day take 2x1 tablet for 10 days. My question is how to calculate it to no more to what month it will be so

To tell the truth, I don't really understand your question 'how to calculate it'. You have to take 3 tablets of Lutein 50 for 5 consecutive days. After these 5 days, wait for the onset of menstruation. The first day of menstruation is the first day from which you have to start counting - you count 15 days (i.e. the first day of the period is one, the second day of the period is two, etc.) and from the 16th to the 25th day of the cycle take the drug for 10 days. You do not need to calculate anything else here - you can circle in red the days in the calendar in which you are to take the drug when bleeding occurs.
