Is the feeling of a clogged ear after the first instillation of Otinum a cause for concern?
For two weeks I have been struggling with a runny nose, the effect is such that the pain in the sinuses and today my ear clogged and began to hurt slightly. I already had it so I know that it is otitis from the sinuses. I bought Otinum, after the first instillation of the ear even more clogged. Is this how it should be?

I encourage you to visit your family doctor, who will decide on further proceedings. As you wrote, you "get tired" with sinus pain and runny nose. This chronic inflammation was exacerbated and attacked the ear. Otinum (choline salicylate) has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. So far, only local hypersensitivity reactions (e.g. itching and redness of the skin) have been reported after using the drug. Thus, I would associate the feeling of a clogged ear with progressive inflammation rather than with the side effect of the drug.
