Does the use of substitutes affect the therapy?

good morning, I have been using yaz for half a year. previously I used atywie 21 + 7 from which in a few years I gained 30 kg. after a year and a half break I got a yaz from the doctor and so I have been taking it for half a year. recently in the pharmacy I got a replacement - drosfemine, but after 18 days I hesitated and gained 4kg. Equally with yaz I started to take glucophage, at which I lose 5 kg, and equally with drosfemine I started to take a replacement - metformax. could it be related? do I go back to glucophage, or did I gain weight by drosfemine? I haven't changed my diet, so it's not the fault of that.
