Tak, może Pani zmienić Solvetusan na Syrop Islandzki, aczkolwiek w hamowaniu suchego kaszlu podczas COVID-19 zdecydowanie preparatem pierwszego wyboru z dwóch wymienionych jest Solventusan i z całą pewnością Syrop Islandzki nie przyniesie takiego samego działania.
