Does reduced ferritin with normal hemoglobin mean anemia?

If the doctor prescribed me Feroplex, and my ferritin level is 10.53 with a range of 13.0-150.0 and hemoglobin 6.9 with a range of 7.6-9.5, does it mean that I have anemia?

Obniżony poziom ferrytyny może wskazywać na występowanie niedoboru żelaza w organizmie. Niedobór żelaza może być spowodowany np. niedostateczną podażą z pożywienia, krwotokami, zaburzeniami wchłaniania. Obniżenie poziomu ferrytyny może wskazywać, na brak rezerw żelaza w organizmie, co w przyszłości może spowodować występowanie ciężkiej anemii. Często pierwszym etapem rozwoju anemii jest obniżenie poziomu ferrytyny.

Feroplex powinien być stosowany w dawce zaleconej przez lekarza i przez określony przez niego czas:
