Can numb lips the day after surgery be caused by general anesthesia?

Hello. I have a question yesterday I had maxillary sinus surgery to remove the cyst under general anesthesia. Today, since I woke up, I feel that I have a separate mouth or can it be caused by anesthesia since it was not local but general? I was so intubated and when trying to catch a deep breath I feel pain in the chest, can it all be caused by general anesthesia and intubation? I have a visit to the doctor only on Wednesday because then there will be a stitch removal.
