At what point in taking Femoston does withdrawal bleeding occur and why is it called "withdrawal" if we take the tablets all the time?

Hello, The Femoston leaflet says "When you take Femoston once a month you will experience bleeding (so-called withdrawal bleeding)". At what point in taking the drug can the mentioned bleeding occur (at the beginning of the pack, in the middle, or rather before the end)? I do not understand what "withdrawal" means, we take the tablets without interruption.

Femoston zawiera dwa rodzaje pigułek - 14 tabletek koloru ceglastoczerwonego zawierających estradiol na 14 pierwszych dni cyklu i 14 tabletek koloru żółtego na kolejne 14 dni cyklu zawierających estradiol i dydrogesteron.

Tzw. krwawienie z odstawienia może pojawiać się u pacjentek i jest wynikiem odstawienia tabletek żółtych - konkretnie odstawieniem dydrogesteronu (stąd nazwa), czyli występuje na kilka dni po zażyciu ostatniej żółtej tabletki, a więc podczas zażywania pigułek ceglastoczerwonych. Dzień wystąpienia jest już kwestią indywidualną.
