Silne i umiarkowane inhibitory izoenzymu CYP3A4 w wątrobie odpowiedzialnego za metabolizm leku Primolut-Nor, takie jak sok grejpfrutowy mogą zwiększać stężenie estrogenów lub progestagenów lub obu substancji w osoczu, przyczyniając się do wystąpienia działań niepożądanych, dlatego na czas terapii sugerowałabym odstawienie soku z grejpfruta, jeśli to możliwe.
