Naltrekson powinien być podawany kobietom w ciąży wyłącznie ze ścisłych wskazań oraz po ustaleniu przez lekarza stosunku korzyści do ryzyka działań niepożądanych. Nie można wykluczyć negatywnych skutków stosowania tego leku na płód. W razie jakichkolwiek wątpliwości warto skontaktować się z lekarzem, który indywidualnie oceni ten przypadek.
