How is Broncho-Vaxom used?

Good morning, I have a question about broncho-vaxom preparation. The ENT doctor found me chronically tonsillitis, because I have creamy lumps on the palate tonsil that did not disappear after two weeks of using Orofar and rinsing the throat with oxidized water. I prescribed Broncho-Vaxom, recommending taking half an hour before dinner, and in the leaflet it is written to take on an empty stomach. Who should I listen to? And will this preparation help that these lumps from the tonsil disappear?

Proszę posłuchać lekarza, gdyż jest to lek wydawany z jego przepisu i może on zalecić jego stosowanie inaczej niż producent.
