Sól fizjologiczna do iniekcji dostępna jest w aptekach na receptę, zatem wystarczy, że lekarz na recepcie poda zapis, np.
Rp. Injectio Natrii Chlorati 10 ampułek po 10 ml.

i farmaceuta może wydać ampułki dowolnego producenta przeznaczone do wstrzykiwań.
