The dosage described in the Orgametril leaflet for the treatment of primary and secondary absence and scanty menstrual bleeding:

Treatment should be initiated with the administration of
oestrogens, e.g. 0.02 to 0.05 mg ethinyl estradiol per 25 days. At the same time, from the 14th to the 25th day cycle is administered 1 tablet per day of the product Orgametril. Usually within 3 days of end of treatment, bleeding occurs. Treatment is repeated (second cycle) starting administration of estrogen on the 5th day of bleeding and continues until the 25th day of the cycle, and furthermore from the 14th to On the 25th day of the cycle, 1 tablet per day is administered Orgametril. This treatment should still be continue for at least 1 cycle.

I encourage you to consult the treatment process with a gynaecologist, because there may be a situation in which the doctor - based on his knowledge and the patient's clinical condition - will prescribe a different dosage than indicated in the leaflet.
