Is it normal that I don't have withdrawal bleeding for the second month? I use the tablets regularly and with the rules, I have not missed any for 2 years. Should withdrawal bleeding be monthly?

You have not written what pills you use. As for the Vines tagged next to the question, please read on. The Vines leaflet under "What to do if there is no withdrawal bleeding on the days of taking the placebo tablets" states that: "If all the tablets have been taken correctly, there has been no vomiting or severe diarrhoea and no other medicines have been taken, it is very unlikely that the woman will be pregnant. If the expected bleeding does not occur twice consecutively, it may indicate pregnancy. Contact your doctor immediately. Do not start the next pack until you are sure that you are not pregnant." If bleeding did not occur a second time, then it is necessary to comply with the recommendations and exclude pregnancy, by performing a pregnancy test or contacting a gynecologist.
