If you have been using Orlifique for a month now, you should experience withdrawal bleeding. Blister Orlifique contains 21 active tablets and 7 placebo tablets. During the 7 days when white placebo tablets are used (placebo days), bleeding (so-called withdrawal bleeding) should occur. This bleeding usually starts on the 2nd or 3rd day after taking the last pink tablet of Orlifique containing the active substances. After taking the last white tablet, you should start another blister regardless of whether the bleeding is still ongoing. Therefore, I do not fully understand what you mean by writing whether to "wait with a new blister until the first menstruation". The recommendation from the leaflet is that taking Orlifique should be started on the first day of the cycle (that is, on the first day of menstrual bleeding). In exceptional cases, the doctor may suggest starting a blister at a different time, which generally requires a reliable exclusion of pregnancy. If you have been excluded from such a risk, you started "on another day of the cycle", and at the end of the first pack of Orlifique the aforementioned withdrawal bleeding occurred, then you do not have to change anything and you can continue taking the tablets. If you have doubts whether you have used the Orlifique blister correctly, there has been no withdrawal bleeding or some aspect of further use is unclear, you can ask an additional question or contact your gynecologist directly.
