Should the contraceptive disc always be changed on the same day of the week?
Hi, I use the nuva ring I should pull out as I also bet in the middle I made a mistake in August days I planned to pull out in the middle but I set up a new nuva ring on Tuesday or now I have to change my days to every Tuesday in each month or can I be according to the scheme in Wednesday I will still be secured?
