Does Trittico CR cause a change in the mental state of a patient with bipolar disorder (ChAD)?

Hello, I'm sick with Chad. I've been in a depressive epizon for a few weeks now. On Wednesday I could not fall asleep and arrived 1/3 trittico 75 mg. The next day I woke up full of energy, positive attitude, excited, buoyant. It feels as if she was in a hypomanic epizosis. That change happened that one night. I have a visit to a psychiatrist only in a week. I can't contact him either because he's on vacation. Is it possible that trittico could have triggered this state? Best regards

Bipolar disorder is characterized by the occurrence of depressive states separated by states of hypomania or mania: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/choroba-afektywna-dwubiegunowa-chad The effect of one dose of Trittico on the change of the patient's mental state has not been demonstrated. The therapeutic effects of the preparation are usually visible after about a week of regular use of the drug. The drug should only be used on the specific recommendation of the doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/80016/trittico-cr-tabletki/ulotka/118138 The reason for the change in your mental state will probably be determined by the attending physician at a scheduled medical visit.
