Can I get pregnant if I started taking Vines from the 5th day of the cycle and after 10 tablets our condom broke?
Good morning I started taking birth control pills for the first time in my life. The doctor assigned me Vines and I have been using it for 11 days now. I follow the recommendations, I have not missed any tablet so far, but I started taking them only on the 5th day of the cycle (after the cessation of menstrual bleeding). During the last intercourse (that is, after the tenth tablet of Vines) there was a rupture of the condom in the partner. What is the risk of getting pregnant in this situation? Please reply

Przyjęcie tabletki w 5 dniu cyklu powoduje, iż ochrona zwłaszcza w pierwszym tygodniu stosowania tabletek może być zmniejszona.
Jeśli sytuacja miała miejsce przy 10 tabletce - najprawdopodobniej tabletki działały już prawidłowo i ryzyko ewentualnej ciąży jest znikome.
Niemniej jednak istnieje minimalne ryzyko, iż ochrona była wówczas zmniejszona, dlatego jeśli po 4 zielonych tabletkach krwawienie z odstawienia nie wystąpi, należy wykonać kontrolnie test ciążowy, który kupi Pani w aptece.
Zawsze mimo tabletek mój partner też się zabezpiecza, stąd ta prezerwatywa w powyższym pytaniu*
