Wskutek tego organizm wraca na fizjologiczne tory i kolejna miesiączką powinna pojawić się po prostu po zakończeniu następnego cyklu, czyli za około kolejny miesiąc.

Niekiedy jednak naturalny cykl miesiączkowy nie powraca od razu - czasami przez kilka miesięcy może nie być regularny. Przy braku krwawienia - jeśli jest Pani aktywna seksualnie - warto wykonać test ciążowy. Przy wykluczeniu ciąży zanik miesiączku warto skonsultować z ginekologiem.
