If I had vomiting and diarrhoea the day before the start of the new Vibin package, should I wear additional protection?

Good morning, taking vibin tablets, all day I had diarrhea and vomiting (improvement after nifuroxasid) it was the last day of the break, today I have the first day of taking tabl, I no longer have diarrhea but feels discomfort in the stomach, can the bacterial flora bee changed and cause worse absorption, how long to protect myself additionally and whether at all it is necessary?

Jeśli podczas stosowania tabletek z nowego opakowania nie wystąpią już wymioty czy biegunka, nie ma konieczności stosowania dodatkowej metody antykoncepcji w postaci prezerwatywy.
