Niektóre tabletki antykoncepcyjne mogą ulegać wstępnej dezintegracji już w jamie ustnej pod wpływem śliny. Tabletka ostatecznie i tak trafia do żołądka w całości czy też w części, nie widzę zatem powodu, aby mogło to wpłynąć na jej skuteczność.
