Is there a cause for concern if withdrawal bleeding has not occurred?

Hi, for a year I take birth control pills. I always start a new pack on the day of bleeding. Bleeding was never late, it was always on time. This time the bleeding did not occur, however, I feel like during it. I have never missed a tablet, no vomiting or diarrhoea. We always have an intermittent relationship with our partner. Is there cause for concern?

Należy pamiętać, że tabletki antykoncepcyjne są bardzo skuteczną metodą zapobiegania ciąży, jednak nie dają 100% zabezpieczenia, więc istnieje zawsze minimalne ryzyko ciąży, stąd radziłabym dla pewności wykonać test ciążowy:
