Hello, for the last few weeks I have been very stressed, there was fainting and balance disorders, a problem with a tension headache for 3 days I have been taking mozarin, I feel lethargic but it helped slightly with these symptoms, the doctor prescribed me orthoton forte, but I am a little afraid to take them together because of the risk of increased drowsiness, and I already have dizziness and problems with motor coordination.
I dose one tablet of mozarin 25mg and I have to take 3 tablets during the day ortoton forde 1500

Both Mozarin and Ortoton Forte can cause drowsiness and dizziness, and when used together, they can worsen these symptoms.
If you already have problems with balance and coordination, it is worth consulting your doctor before starting to use Ortoton or ask, it may be necessary to modify the dosage.
During the treatment, you should avoid driving and be careful when walking and getting up.
Any side effects you observe should be reported to your doctor who will decide on further action.
