Good morning, for 5 days I started using Nuvaring vaginal rings. This is my first hormonal contraception. From the side effects, I noticed spotting of brown color non-stop throughout the use and painful subcutaneous pustules. In the meantime, I caught a cold and have upper respiratory tract infections. Today, on the 6th day of use, a red erythema appeared on my right cheek, the size of a fingertip. The place burns and seems warmer than the rest of the face when touched. Can this erythema be the result of the undesirable effects of using nuvaring and is it the basis for stopping this form of contraception? Should you try to fight it with anti-allergic drugs? I'm very worried.

I am afraid that it will be necessary to consult a doctor.
